Children policy
Kids and Infants are welcome.
Infants: 0-3 // Children: 3- 12
- Please be aware of the steps inside Gileri Residences and most importantly of the public access path to Gileri.
- Gileri Residences facilities are designed and built with all required measures regarding child safety. Gileri bares no further responsibility in case of accidents regarding minors, under the supervision of adult caretakers.
- Toys are provided free of charge for internal use.

Check-in time: 16:00

Basic Payment policy
- A 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking.
- This amount is refundable if in case of cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival, except if otherwise agreed in written.
- Full pay of the remaining cost is also payable on site, either by credit card or cash payment, by arrangement.
Basic Cancellation policy
In case nothing else is agreed in writing:
- For reservations canceled at least up to 15 days before the date of arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
- For reservations canceled 15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show, 50% cancellation fees apply.
- In case of shortening the duration of stay, at the customer's fault, the charge is calculated for the actual days of stay following our price list of the relevant period/residence, plus a 25% fee of the remaining cost.
Early booking and long term stay (4days+)
For reservations made earlier than 60 days to the date of arrival and of a duration of over 4 days, special prices and terms apply:
Payment policy
- Deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of accommodation is required to secure your reservation.
- The total amount shall be deposited 30 days prior to the arrival date
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations 60 days or more before arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
- For cancellations 60-30 days to the day before arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total reservation cost.
- For cancellations 29-15 days to the day before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total reservation cost.
- For cancellations from 14 days to arrival day (or no-shows), the cancellation fee is 80% of the total reservation cost.
Pets
Pets are allowed in Tholoi Residence, after communication. We do not accept cats. The fee, correspond to the extra cleaning costs.
Modify Booking details
In case of unilateral change of the reservation details (e.g. number of people) without prior consultation, Gileri Residences reserves the right not to accept the modification and withhold the advance payment.
